1600 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using 1600's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all Terms stated herein.
These Terms apply to all users of the 1600 platform in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1600 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 1600 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The 1600 platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 and above. Users below this age limit are absolutely prohibited from registering or using our services in any capacity.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 1600 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 1600 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Failure to submit the required verification documents may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. - Use a strong and unique password for your account.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 1600 platform agree to use all provided services in a lawful and responsible manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without compensation:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, system bugs, or odds display errors for unauthorised gain.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, unauthorised collusion between accounts, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Impersonating another party or providing false information during registration or verification.
- Using your account for money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions.
- Disrupting or interfering with other users' experience on the platform.
1600 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these Terms and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the 1600 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through platform-approved payment methods, including FPX, local bank transfers, and supported e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details registered are accurate and in their own name. 1600 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to submit unauthorised payment information will result in immediate account suspension.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy and may change from time to time. The latest limits can be checked after logging in to your account dashboard. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three business days.
1600 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Should any transaction issue arise, users may contact our support team for further assistance.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
Limitation of Liability
The 1600 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet any specific user expectations. 1600 shall not be liable for any losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1600 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and graphic elements — is the exclusive property of 1600 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 1600.
Account Suspension & Closure
1600 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by a legal authority. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be frozen pending investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team.
Changes to Terms
1600 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia.
